Prompt appointments and great staff
I would love to give this office 5 stars because they deserve it. I got in in the same day as I called about an abcessed tooth. I was in so much pain and my face was swelling more and more every minute. I got an appointment went in and the wait was minimal. The assistant and dentist were very gentle while taking an x-ray and looking at my mouth. I got antibiotics as a prescription and return in 1 week for extraction. The reason I can't give 5 stars is because I was not offered anything to relieve my pain and don't get me wrong I wasn't looking for a narcotic just maybe some Motrin that's it. Nine offered and none given and I had mentioned that I was taking my mother's Motrin so I mean an offer would have been great since I was in so much pain. And the other thing was that after I was done with my exam a lady came in to go over the plan for my work. I assumed she was going to explain that they would be extracting my tooth and what to do until I return but it wasn't anything about my visit that day, it was to go over future work such as implants and maybe bridges and such. Which would have been fine if I was a cash payment or actually had insurance that would cover those things. But I don't. I'm currently enrolled in Medicaid because I am taking care of my mother and out my career on hold to do so. I mentioned that I recently was approved for a dental grant to have work done to my teeth so I would be doing so after this was taken care of. My insurance info was given to the staff so I was a little bothered like it was a salesman trying to sell me a car or how the insurance people confront you in the hospital right after a procedure. I mean I'm in pain, I have Medicaid and I applied for a grant and you are telling me about implants. When I ask the pricing she says $4000 per implant, hold up!!!!! I know I present myself as a respectable, confident inidividual but, what in the world is would make you think I can afford a couple $4000 implants let alone just one of them. Do you not see I am using Medicaid right now. I just feel that all of that is unnecessary especially when someone is sitting there with a swollen face and in pain. Other than those two things I was very satisfied and I will be returning on Friday to have my tooth extracted. Sorry guys and gals I had to be honest in my review. Mr. Dentist please be gentle with my tooth when I return in Friday lol.

Friendly, considerate
I went to Regent Dental today with my fiancé and my two children, although the appointments were just for myself and my fiancé. The office staff was very friendly, and they accommodated working with our appointments that way our children could stay in the waiting room. Since we have no family here in town and no stable or reliable babysitter this really helped us out. For the most part our visits were quick and efficient. I waited a little long near the end of my appointment, but everything went well. I really like this dentist and will definitely be returning for my upcoming cleaning and fiance’s appointments.

Very professional and extremely welcoming place.
From checking in to checking out, I had a excellent experience, I was very well treated, with respect and very well informed of all the procedures. They have no distinction from private to Medicaid patients, all are treated equally.

Highly disappointed.
I had a tooth extracted and was given my options of replacing the tooth with an implant or a bridge, I asked if I had to decide at that visit and was told no that I had some time. After I left the office I contacted my Dentist in Los Angeles and told him what options I was offered. He immediately asked if the dentist filled the extracted tooth area with bone material to build up over a few months to receive the implant post. I said no he did not, that's when my Los Angeles dentist said than you no longer have that option because you are missing bone material and it was at the time of extraction to do that. I was never told this by the dentist at Regent Dental Group. Poor communications that narrows my options for a better solution. I felt that the Dentist was rushed as all the rooms were filled with patients and he could only spend a short time with me before he rushed off. Definitely would not return nor recommend.
