Money hungry, Indecent & Untruthful
I brought my dog to Dr. B - he told us she had acute kidney failure that was reversible. He assured us this condition was treatable. She was put on IV medication & her condition deteriated. The next morning, we were told her pancreas was failing but she was stable and would continue to receive meds, he even suggested we go home that she would be okay. Being a medical student, I asked to see the chart, I knew something was not right and noticed that her original kidney levels were in the 600’s - clearly NOT ACUTE. Dr. B knew the entire time she was chronically ill and insisted to put her on meds to charge us more knowing she would die. I asked him multiple times to advise me of her condition but he kept saying she would possibly get better idk. He wanted to rack up the bill when we wanted to take her home to pass away in the peace of her own home. In addition the staff is undertrained, could not take out an IV. And roughly handled my dog in its final moments. He is an indecent & untruthful vet who took advantage of the owners vulnerability, playing on emotion and telling straight lies. Do not go here ever

My name is Dr. Bhullar and I was the attending veterinarian for Bella. First of all I am extremely sorry about Bella, she passed away in our hospital while I was the attending her. Bella was a nice pet, I have seen Bella before once in March 20 14, when she was presented for her abdominal discomfort and was treated by me. Last time I saw her on May 03,2018 when she was presented with the history of drinking more and peeing more and not eating. The owner did not give any information about her vet where she has been seen previously after March 2014. The above story given by the owner is not true. I accommodated the owner in spite of not having any prior appointment. After doing the blood work in house we diagnosed Bella with severe kidney disease. I discussed with the owner that it could be acute or chronic would recommend to have her treated at a 24 hour emergency hospital. Discussed with Owner all the options available since kidney disease is a progressive disease can only be managed, but acute kidney disease could be reversible. Owner declined to go any where else and authorized me to start the treatment. The plan was to start I/V flushing of the kidneys for 24 hours and will repeat the blood work in 24 hours to see any response to treatment. On the basis of second blood work we will decide whether to continue the treatment or to euthanize on humane grounds. Next morning when hospital opened at 7:30 AM our vet assistant walked Bella, she was brighter and alert and noted some bloody stools. Almost an hour after I got a call from the hospital that Bella started to breath heavily. I right away went to the hospital and Repeated blood work and x-rays and put on oxygen therapy for which we did not charge the owner. I Called the owner and updated the current condition of Bella, discussed with her that Bela's Condition is deteriorating fast and on the bases of blood work we have found the involvement of pancreas as well. Considering the multi organ involvement and the deterioration condition of Bella, you need to come in and decide about Bella whether to transfer to emergency or humane euthanasia. More than an hour later owner came in and told me her husband is at work right now and he is the person who has to decide. She will discuss with him and will call me back and left the hospital after advising me to continue treatment for now. After an hour or so when I did not hear any thing from the owner I called the owner again since Bella's condition was progressively worsening. As soon as they walked in in their presence Bella passed away and owner refused any resuscitation and asked me to let her die quietly. I did what ever I could do to help Bella and I gave a huge financial break to the owner by not charging the repeat blood work, X-rays and emergency resuscitation . I do not understand what the owner is upset about. At our hospital we try our best to help the ailing pet and try to provide best care.

My dog was patient for 7th years. He was very sick and dr b refused treatment for my dog because I told him I pay next week. I found proper care for my dog but it was to late for him. He passed away. Is this the way how you treat your patient? Close your clinic for good!
