Awesome dental experience
A wonderful team and well collaborated effort to take care of your teeth. we (me and my husband) come her regularly and have high regards for the folks who take care of us for our oral hygiene needs. Very well maintained by the military doctor and his wife. Love the team of Assistants and the front desk staff. Will recommend them for sure.

Awesome dental experience
I went to the dental office for a emergency dental check up. I was given an appointment right away. The Dentist (husband and wife team). Husband goes by Dr T is also a veteran. I was explained the procedure instead of the undue pressure of sell like most corporate locations. It is a very clean environment and loving folks. I was a little upset reading the other post on this page but don't think any of that is correct now knowing both the doctors and the rest of the team is very nice as well. Will definitely recommend.

Notorious for claiming your insurance doesn't cover different things.
This page is being spammed with fake 5 star ratings. They beg you to 5 star them when you're in the office. I see I'm not the only one who's been scammed by these people when they claim that "oh no insurance doesn't cover that, you have to pay (insert obscene amount of money here) out of pocket." Really classy, guys. It's been four months now since Cigna called you out on fraud. Just refund me the money. Ignoring it will do nothing but make us find a lawyer. This is pitiful.

• Siddharth Jawahar Talsania, DDS General Dentistry I recently called the Richland Dental Center, which was my dentist's office. Dr Gil Julia was my wonderful dentist for many years. I had been gone from Dallas for over 5 years. I asked for an appointment with Dr. Julia for me to look at one of my teeth which was very painful. The person on the other end of the phone made an appointment for me at a specific day and time. When I arrived at the dental office, I was told that Dr. Gil Julia was no longer the owner of Richland Dental Center and the new owner of the clinic was not a member of my UHC Dental Insurance plan like Dr. Gil Julia was. I would have turned around and walked out, but my tooth was too painful. The new dentist examined my tooth, took one x-ray and gave me a prescription for an antibotic. Then the receptionist took me to the front of the office and took my credit card and charged me $100.00 for this very minor appt and when I complained, she just ignored me. I will never visit this dentist again. I should have been told that my dentist Dr. Gil Julia was no longer there before I traveled so far to get an appt with him, only to be broadsided with the fact that he was no longer a dentist there. A charge of $100.00 is totally outrageous for the minimum appointment that I received. I felt like I had been lied to and then robbed. Be aware that Dr. Julia is no longer there. June 2019
