Didn't explain the bill. Later explained when I asked. No insurance but gave some discount! Very polite. Good service. But had to wait a long time.

Everyone was kind, polite and friendly, however, the cleaning was a bit uncomfortable and the discomfort lasted for several hours. It was unfamiliar to my past experiences.

Terrible service, awesome Dentist/Orthos
Don't get me wrong, this place started out to be awesome. They had just opened and I had gone with my kids the opening weekend. We were all seen, and it was suggested that my two older kids get braces. I signed for my daughter to get braces that weekend and my son was going to, but I didn't think he was responsible yet. The people and the atmosphere were awesome. Then after I got the braces, I started to have problems. I was then notified after my daughter's tooth fell out that bc it broke a bracket I had to pay for the bracket $25.00 each bracket was broken, regardless of the reason. The dentist let the first one go as a courtesy. Which is awesome. After that I was replacing brackets every visit, I questioned the glue that was being used due to it being bc she was eating chicken nugget at school, one broke, etc... Then my direct deposit landed a couple days after payment date, so they ran my card and it declined, they then ran it for less than my payment by $25 and declined, ran it for less another $25 and then took literally whatever cash I had, was gone. I then notified them of that being illegal and that they just need to contact me when that is done. They said they understood, about 2 months later, it happened again. So, I went into there and told them to replace that card with my other card. I address the same issue with them and tell them that I really don't want to get an attorney regarding this. I see that they continue doing the same practices on the other card as well. I always pay if it's late, it's usually a week, but no more than that. One day I rush into there after I got off work bc my daughter's school had called me and told me that I needed to pick her up bc a tooth fell out and its hanging from her braces unable to come out and it's rubbing against her gums bleeding. So I take her to the dentist and it was 20 mins after walk-in times, I tell them that I just need them to pull the tooth out of the braces bc I don't want to get charged another $25 or even more for trying to get it out myself, as was the school's reason for not doing it as well. I am told by the front receptionist (the same lady that has an attitude bc I tell her to stop running my card to get whatever she can off of it) that I need to come back tomorrow during walk-in hours. I explain that is not going to happen, my daughter keeps bleeding and it's irritating her. She states that they are too busy to take my daughter and we will just have to wait or figure it out. So that is when I blow a fuse, bc this is my 10 yr old daughter. I tell her that is unacceptable and we can sit there and wait but someone will help and that the nurse at school said it should take no more than 2 mins. She got mad and asked me if there is anything else she can help me with bc she isn't going to have my daughter seen that day. I then demanded office mgr. She stated they weren't there, and that she is in charged??!! WTF?? So, the other receptionist asked if I would like to see the dentist, I said yes, please. He comes out and I love him so much bc he is always awesome and nice. I can not remember his name, but he is my daughter's ortho. I explain that her tooth is out and hanging and I don't even have to finish bc he says "Of course we will take that out, it just might be a second bc the rooms are full". I say that is fine, and sit down and 5 mins later am called to the back to take the tooth out which literally took 30 seconds and we were out of there. I asked the nurse to please give me a sister company or recommendation for somewhere else I can take my daughter because I don't want to bring her back there. Nobody has sent me or given me anything. So it has been 2 months since my daughter has gone to her ortho appointment, and I check my card and they took out 04/09/2017 MDS /RISAS DENTAL & BRACES , PHOENIX CASH PURCHASE ($131.00) Then I see 04/14/2017 MDS /RISAS DENTAL & BRACES , PHOENIX CASH PURCHASE ($264.00) I have a problem with that bc my daughter's payment is under $100 month. What are they charging me for? I do not recommend using them if you can find any of the ortho's and see if they go anywhere else do that because the ortho's and dentists there are phenomenal, but the way that the business is run is illegal, not trustworthily, not ethically correct, not honorably, and not honestly. Again the dentists and the orthos are phenomenal but not worth dealing with the mean receptionist. If I could remember her name I would put it on her. Will be back to edit later.
