My mom lives in Florida and we live in NY. We needed a service to do light housecleaning, shopping and to spend time with our mother. We were very surprised and delighted at the care and responsiveness she received. Georgianna Smith has gone out of her way to ensure our mothers nedds were met. I am sure this would not happened up north-people just aren't that friendly. All I can say is we feel assured and our mother is happy. Thank you!!

We began services with senior Helpers for mom on June 2, 2016. Senior Helpers has been a REAL BLESSING. Mom did not want to leave home, but it was getting increasingly difficult trying to meet her needs with our daily obligations. We all knew how important it was for her to stay home after staying in and out of our homes. We turned to Senior Helpers after she profoundly said “I want to stay home”. We realized when we allowed her to stay home, she was unable to get her basic needs met. Mom needed assistance with so many things (bathing, putting her clothes on, transitioning, toileting assistance, medication reminders, getting to the doctor, companionship, meals assistance, and falling just to name a few). The service mom has received from this organization has been phenomenal. The staff workers at Senior Helpers are professional and caring from the initial evaluation to the home caregiving. Mom hasn’t experienced any problem with the caregivers working with her. She has developed a loving relationship with the ladies working with her. We find that great news!!!

Personable and qualified workers. Office easy to work with scheduling workers. It is nice to have the the same workers assigned.
