I will never let that company take care of my mother,all they care about is money

The case worker who has managed the helpers that come to my house, she is top-notch excellent. She is very effective in assessing peoples needs. She is very quick in addressing my needs. They care about your needs. The only complaint would be a caregiver having a last minute call out. but everyone has been exceedingly friendly, warm, and responsive.

We've been very pleased with the service so far! The aides have been quite helpful, and he administrative staff have been very accommodating in making sure that my loved one has a helper that she is comfortable with. We really don't have any complaints!

You and your partner were so professional and caring with my Mom throughout the assessment process putting her at ease—as much as possible—with the process. You had someone available at 9:00 the next morning and were able to fulfill our needs for the week. I was impressed with the fact that you came each time there was a new person so that she had a sense of familiarity. Each companion appeared to be caring and professional in their duties and sensitive to her needs. I was thrilled to learn of the services Senior Helpers can provide and while I hope that my Mom does not need this level of care again, I have you in my contact list and you will be my first call and my first recommendation to others who may need this help.
