My husband and I have been working with Stacey and her team at Senior Helpers for more than 3 years now. My parents are elderly and both suffer from a variety of chronic, but so far, non life-threatening conditions. I am am only child living overseas and am unable to be with my parents as often as I and they would like. We started working with Stacey when my parents determined they could no longer drive at night. My husband and I had several conference calls with Stacey to determine the best options for my parents' care and she also spent time visiting them so that she could understand their needs, their lifestyle and their personalities. The plan we worked out with Stacey was an unqualified success -- the care givers that drove for may parents were caring, compassionate people who truly seemed to enjoy their work and were always professional and gracious with my parents. It was an ideal solution. As time has passed and my parents needs have increased, Stacey has been there every step of the way with us. She is always available for consultation and adjusts her schedule to meet the restrictions arising from living on two different continents. My parents now require full time driving support and in-home care at night. This was not a change in circumstance that was easily accepted by my parents but Stacey handled it brilliantly -- far better than I did. Again, she spent time with my parents to understand their needs and concerns and has worked to make sure that the new, increased level of care is working well and is acceptable to all. I should also note that Stacey's response time and sense of urgency are outstanding. She met with my parents within 24 hours of of speaking with my husband and me about the need for increased care and had designed and implemented the new system 24 hours after that. Again, the system is working well. To say that Stacey and her team provide a level of confidence, comfort and security for our family would be a gross understatement. It's always difficult when your parents age; doubly so when you are thousands of miles away and are uncertain as to what is really occurring in their day-to-day lives. Working with Stacey and her team has helped tremendously -- I really feel that we would be lost without them. Stacey 'knows' my parents -- she really gets them -- and is thus able to provide sound, meaningful advice and guidance as we work through these changing, and difficult, times. Stacey is a special woman and she hires special people -- I feel so grateful to be able to work with them. Thank you Stacey for everything!

My father needed a little extra help when at a nursing home so I called Senior Helpers. The office staff are fabulous! It was after the office closed but someone answered the phone and the manager came right out to meet with us. Senior Helpers was great at explaining the policies of the company. When the manager talked to us about everything she explained it thoroughly and followed through with everything she promised. The caregiver that my father had last was compassionate and very responsive to my father. My father really liked her and she went over the top in her care for him. We were able to sleep well at night knowing that my father was receiving great care from Senior Helpers.

My mom's caregivers help with anything she needs, even housework! I appreciate that everything is done very well and that they are very personable. They talk with mom, enjoy her company and make sure she has everything she needs. With me living out of state I have peace of mind knowing the caregivers are helping mom schedule her appointments and taking her to them. I am so grateful!

I realized on my last visit to Mom that she needed some assistance and I set to work finding a reputable company. I picked Senior Helpers and have been happy from the very first phone call. The owner, Stacy came out and met with Mom and found the perfect caregiver for her. Now I know that Mom is safe and she is happy for the companionship and the help.
