What a rip off.
I have been going to seven lakes dental for the past 2 Years. I had a appointment schedule for a Monday but I had to cancel, so I called the Friday before. (They are closed Friday’s) and left a message saying that I couldn’t make the appointment. I showed up for my second appointment that was previously made and they said I didn’t have an appointment. I showed them the card that they fill out with the appointment date. They women then informed me that they actually canceled my appointment but didn’t find it necessary to notify me. She said since I missed the first appointment I owed them $100 dollars because I didn’t give 24 hours notice. I gave at least 48hours notice, it’s not my fault they are closed three days out of the week. Then she told me I had to pay upfront for my next appointment because then if I missed that one, they would keep the money. Which was almost $500 dollars. I have spent at least $12,000 at this place. This astablishment is just out for the money and will take it wherever they can. Do not go here if you expect any reasonable service. You will not get it.

Respect for our patients’ time is one of our top priorities and we have an excellent record of seeing patients on time. It is one of the things patients appreciate most about our office. In return we ask that patients respect our time and the time of other patients scheduled in the office. We ask for 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment and reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for failing to keep an appointment. For our patients with unpredictable schedules, we offer short notice appointments and have an excellent system in place for contacting patients for same-day appointments. We never charge a cancellation fee when a patient is ill or has an emergency and we do not charge a fee if it is the first time someone fails to give adequate notice. We do charge a fee after multiple short notice cancellations or no shows and, on rare occasion we do require payment in advance to schedule an appointment when there has been history of failure to keep appointments.

Highly recommend this office.
The staff is friendly and courteous. Very nice facility. No waiting, They got me in and out on time. Great, as far as dental visits go.

Treated fabulous and was a great visit!!
They are awesome. This is my second time going and I am referring them to whom ever needs a great dentist and staff!!

Super nice higyenist !!
I took my son in today for his cleaning and he commented how nice the hygienist was to him. We've been there a few times ,my other kids as well and everyone seems really nice always, they take the time to explain your bill or upcoming charges.

Root Canal
I was referred to your clinic by a friend. One of the best referrals ever! I called with tooth pain and was given an appointment two days later as a new patient. I went in had a root canal and felt nothing!! They took the time to make sure my very difficult mouth to numb was numb and the procedure went excellent. I will refer you with no hesitation~~

It was really a pleasure to have found a dentist as welcoming, very pleasant, dental technicians keeping their customer informed on the process and procedures before the DDS doctor comes to see you. I'm so glad and consider myself lucky to have found Seven Lakes Dental office and would definitely recommend it to anyone to go there. I had three people at the same time helping me out to make sure that I will get a better teeth and a smile. Thank you for everything, can't wait until my next appointment to be with a provider like you.

Dealing with difficult toddler
I can not tell you how grateful and pleased I was with the staff throughout all of our appointments, but I am especially impressed with Sherri, Karen and Dr Thomas's approach with my toddler. It was her first dental appointment. They were patient with her, did not force anything on her, explained things in an age appropriate and thorough way and did not make it an embarrassing situation when she refused almost all care. Also thank you to Jessica for allowing her to brush the monkey's teeth. She loved it. And again to Sherri for not being demeaning or punitive when discussing my gum issues. A shout out to the front desk gals who deal with my chaos. Thanks everyone!
