I can't say enough positive things about this company! They are solution oriented (and not just trying to sell equipment to fix problems) , and take the time necessary to do the job right every time.

We have used SmartHouse for repairs and then when our system finally died, we used them for a whole new unit. We had a complex install due to the age of our house and the location of the system in our basement. They really did a great job and it was such a pleasant experience. They took care of everything. We did not have any worries. They were polite, kept us informed and even cleaned up during and after the install. Their pricing was right in line with the marketplace so we got a great value by using SmartHouse. We are very satisfied customers and will use them again for heating and air con needs.

We first met SmartHouse years ago when they provided energy efficiency consulting services for the new home we were building. They found many ways to make our home more energy efficient which translated to lower utility bills and a more comfortable living environment. Since then, we have continued our relationship with SmartHouse, and they have a always been a company that we can rely on to take good care of our house. They always respond quickly and provide thoughtful solutions to our needs. Perhaps most of all we trust them and never feel like we are being taken for a ride.

I know I can count on SmartHouse to be reliable, and to provide quality at a reasonable price. My air conditioner stopped working in the heat of the summer, on a weekend day. I called SmartHouse and spoke with Marc, the president, who was knowledgeable, capable, and committed to repairing my system quickly. He was able to secure a replacement unit and install it within 24 hours. Coincidentally, I was at a friend's house a few days ago when SmartHouse arrived to fix her air conditioner. She was worried she would have to replace a unit or incur some other major expense. The practitioner discovered the problem within 5 minutes, and the solution was an easy, relatively inexpensive one. I will call Smart House every time for their prompt, quality service and ethical practices.
