The staff at Smile Center Silicon Valley are exemplary in how they treat clients and their dental work service. I always have felt comfortable when my husband and I have gone. They have bilingual staff which is also great. I am very pleased with their services.

5 Star time at my dentist
Arriving I was great by the friendly staff, received a thorough professional cleaning and an educational time about my future treatment plans with Dr John. The dental hygienist shared helpful hints for keeping my teeth healthy. All in all - I had a fabulous time at the dentist.

Friendly staffs, excellent service. Fixed my loose crown quickly
Other than a bit of a problem scheduling a time to examine my loose crown, I was able to find a slot the next morning. My crown was tighten, and I was ready to go in less than an hour. Thank you Dr. Vellequette and the friendly staffs.

I can’t express enough how awesome Dr. Fung is. She is so paitent and gentle. I have bad anxiety, but she has always made me so comfortable. She is so understanding and accommodating. Thank you Dr. Fung.

only trust your eye and experience
I selected SMILE CENTER SILICON VALLSUNNYVALE CA to clean my teeth because I saw it has 5 stars. I want to write what I experienced there only to let you know never trust 5 stars anymore. On 2/28/2018 I reach there on time, but the helpdesk girl asked me to wait at least 10 minutes after requiring me filling out a few forms. During the time I used the restroom and then check news from mobile. At last, I was introduced in a room where a woman asked me the purpose to visit them. I replied clearly: clean teeth.But she started to check my teeth one by one. took photos one by one. She saved the pictures in an excel file in windows system. At the halfway, something was wrong and She asked another one to help her. But at last She had to restart the computer, some pictures were lost, She had to check again and take pictures again. the whole process is very painful. Then, A Asia face women came in, looked like she is the owner of the center. She checked again quickly and told me I need fill 5 holes and need crown one tooth. I let her understand I only need clean my teeth. I have no interesting in the tooth crown and did not ask the material she will take for me. And she did not mention it too. Then they left me in that room for waiting, waiting and waiting. I nearly could not wait and wanted to get out. I check my mobile and found they had let me wait more than half an hour. A women came and hurried to clean my teeth. very quickly it was done in less half an hour. At last, she turned out a bag for me and ask me to use the tooth line in it and a lot of other goods in it. I need not all those things in the bag. if I need I can buy them by myself. I went back to the helfdesk. She showed the bill I need to pay: 75.60. (Today, Mar 12, I got the mail from Cigna. The document shows I only need pay 65.60. Not know the reason why SMILE CENTER took me more 10 dollars). According to their plan, I need to make an appointment for the next step: filling 5 holes and deep cleaning my right side teeth. Then need another appointment for deep cleaning the left side teeth.Then one more appointment for the crown. I felt I am pushed to do something. I selected Mar 2. The helpdesk wrote a reminder note for me. But when I got out the door I decided not to fill the holes by their hands. I can not trust their skill. On Mar 1, I got a telephone from SMILE CENTER when I was on the road to office and did not notice it. When I found it after I was in office I decided to call them to reschedule the appointment content. I want only deep cleaning and both sides in one appointment. The helpdesk received my call and she said the doctor has not enough time for my the second scheduled appointment of filling 5 holes and deep cleaning right side teeth. In short, I need to reschedule. I said NP, I just wanted to adjust the content. "How about deep cleaning only, but both sides in one appointment?". She said both side deep cleaning will make me not comfortable. I told her I am okay, She need not worry about it. In the talking, I was surprised to be told if I take the right side only it will take 1.5 hours. if I also want to deep clean the right side, it will take in total 2 hours. Pay attention it is not 1.5 x 2=3 hours. Also, she told fill 5 hols also need 0.5 hours. But they have not 2 hours time window in the morning of March 2. I ask her why it is 2 hours as one side need 1.5 hours. She forwards my call to other women. I am not sure she is doctor or not. I explained again why I need to reschedule, and I again told her what I want. I cut the filling holes make her not happy. I also told her no crown forever. She told me it is impossible to take both sides deep clean in one appointment. I agreed to take one side only. and hope I can get it done on Mar 2. Even though she seemed had not any interesting in my appointment now. She said there wasn't any free time slot. "How about the week after next week?" I asked again. She said March twelve, nice thirty was available. "Okay let's schedule it, okay?". "Okay". no more words gain and she hanged up the phone quickly. From the start to the end she has not any patient and spoke very quickly, always wanted to close the talk at once. I suddenly had a feeling at that time maybe She just play with me. and will schedule it for me. Today I reached there 5 minutes early and told the helpdesk I had an appointment 9:30. She asked my last name and check her excel file and told me that my appointment is the one on March 2. I told her it is rescheduled. She then went to the other room, after a few minutes. She came back said the data was not transferred and If I want deep cleaning I have to wait till 10:30. I told her I have not so many time to wait I have to leave on time. She went to another room to talk with the center owner. quickly back again with the same answer. In the whole process, none come out to say apologizes. Enough I feel they are playing with me. I reject to reschedule and left.
