Well for the most part all the dentist and dental assistance where very caring and understanding how ever I'm a I'll person and I had to cancel a couple of my appointments due to being sick and I understood about being charged 50 dallors I was accused of not understanding that and was rudely talked to by the receptionist named natahlia at the beginning of my,conversation with natahlia she was demanding me to contact DSS to tell them she new more then them about benefits and was literally talking to me like I was lieing about being sick when I offered paper work proving I was in the hospital she didn't care to see them and when I ask to speak to someone else she wouldn't let me so she hung up on me.so I called back ask to speak to a supervisor Ericka got on the phone and lied about listing to our whole conversation she didn't Evan have a clue what was said they where so hung up on that 50 dallors charge I wasn't Evan worried about that I was worried about getting my teeth fix and trying to prove to them I was sick and I Evan offered the paper work from the hospital to Ericka she just ignored it as well. I feel there hung up on money and discriminated against me because I'm on Medicaid I was trying to explain a situation that I was concerned about with the benefits I get yearly they were speaking to me like I was not a person that understood what I signed Erica proceeded to tell me about paperwork that I signed I understand very well what I signed I speak English and I understand English and I read English no other language do I speak or read and she was making comments to me like I didn't understand what i signed they were very hung up on money but I was trying to make them understand that I wasn't trying to dispute about their $50 dollars I was trying to make sure I can keep the benifits and use them for my dental care however I was really treated rudely and I feel I was spoken to with no respect ill never go back there again but I just want to put this out there to other patients that might have has this same experience. that woman Natalia that works at the front desk she doesn't even speak Good English so I'm not quite sure how she got that job and how she thought she can demand me to call social services and tell them that she knows more than the government and as far as Erica is concerned she lied and said she heard the conversation and she didn't then Erica proceeded to hang up on me to they where speaking very unprofessional.i will not return there I feel that dentist office will loose patience if that's the way the receptionist are going to handle things I feel that people that don't speak very good English and don't know really what's going on shouldn't have job sitting behind desks and answering phones because they think they can treat people horribly over the phone and then they just lie about everything and unfortunately for patients they're the ones that have to go out and find a new dental care and it's not even our fault I will not return there I'm sure I will find better Dental Care somewhere else even though it wasn't the dentist or the dental assistants that caused this to go down this way I am very disgusted in the way. That the receptionist handle this and Ericka is rude and hateful and a lier and I'm not quite sure what Erica's getting out of covering for Natahlia lies I'm not sure what that's all about but as they say people get caught up in their lies and they eventually karma kicks in because you can only lie so much and doesn't matter where you work or who you think you are what desk you're sitting behind you get caught up and you end up losing your employment you end up losing a lot so good luck to those two women I hope that it was worth they pushed me out of that office I will find another dentist that will take good care of me and will appreciate what I'm talking about and my concerns.

Great people with great skill
I’ve been with this facility for almost 4 years now and am never let down. I’ve even had two tooth extractions since with zero pain or discomfort during procedure. They always explain their procedure thoroughly and seek to make you as comfortable as they can.

Expert service, masterful!
Wow! Where to begin. I had a dental emergency (molar split down the middle, bleeding). My wife a former dental assistant thought it was a goner. I came in expecting an extraction, followed by a costly implant procedure. Nope! The good doctor saved the tooth! AMAZING!!! I am 60 years young and have spent a few hours in a dentists chair in my life. Never have I been treated so well! Dr. Sampson is precise and gracefully deft in his dental acumen. I believe most dentists would have removed my tooth, today. His vast experience in dental care saved the day for me. When I returned home and told my wife they saved the tooth, she had to look in my mouth before she would believe it. I am so happy! In the future I will refer to Dr Sampson as the “Dental Ninja!” He was so nimble during the procedure I hardly knew his fingers were even in my mouth. Doc, THANKS!
