After several months of having a non-working rear window defroster, I finally decided to replace the back glass in my car. It was not broken, but the defrosting wires were not working. I called your central scheduling office and made an appointment to bring my car in today, December 20th, 2016. The quote was low enough, and through my previous experience – three times over the past ten years – I knew the service would be excellent. I brought the car in at the prescribed time, and explained my problem. Christina listened to my story and called Ken to take a quick look. Ken walked out to the car with me, and quickly determined that the problem was NOT the glass. Even though I tried to argue with him, he insisted that I take the car to a shop that could test the window. I reluctantly agreed, as I had hoped that I could get it fixed at that time. Well, I took the car to a shop across the street. After a quick check, the mechanic determined that it wasn’t the glass causing the problem. Rather, it was a short in the wiring. Ken could have replaced the glass, but he chose to do the right thing rather than make a quick buck. This, guys, is why I keep coming back to Speedy Glass. You do good work at a fair price, and you do it with integrity!
