Worst moving experience choas, dishonest, still don't have our stuff, 21 business days huh? Is that 21 days from the first or second delivery date you gave us and never showed..Complete scammers!!

Absolutely the biggest blackmailers ever!
DO NOT USE State to State Movers! They are crooks, they use generic forms for packing - no name, address, telephone number. They run out of packing products. They put extra unexplained charges on your bill of lading. You don't hear from them and they double what was originally quoted. You don't see the paperwork until after they have loaded give you the good news that it's going to cost a lot more money and it has to been in CASH! What a crock! They use intimidation and give you no choice but to give them what you want. I have never run into any company which so blatantly lied, blackmailed and had such poor business practices. I hope the US Government can shut them down and put them in jail.

When i did the quote, told me 2 weeks to move from the east to the west, but now, more than one month left, i was told my stuff was kept in a storage in GA...and they are still waiting for other customers to fill in the truck... i don't know how many additional days they are gonna take... so dishonest, and adjusted my moving price for $600 more on the day of move...

We used State to State movers back in April. They had extra charges that we didnt find out until we got the final bill. They broke our new 50 in flat screen. They said they would take care of it, it's the last of July, and we still havent heard from them! Good luck if you use them!

When I did the quote, the operator was very nice saying that my moving from the Virginia to Washington will only take 2 weeks. Now, almost a month passed, but the only thing i know is my stuff are in still kept somewhere in Georgia, nowhere closer to WA...Every time I called customer services, was told to call back couple days later to get the updates. DONT hire this company!!!

I would not recommend this moving company to my worst enemy. Once you pass the salesperson which was very polite and easy to communicate with everything falls apart afterwards. You can expect to wait 20 minutes on the phone each time you want to get a status on the delivery. You will leave a message and call back number and dispatch WILL NOT return your phone call. If they do answer the phone they will ask you for a phone number you can be reached and you will never hear back from them. You will be told your belongings will be delivered 7-10 days after your requested date. Those are lies. We are still waiting after 15 days. You will be told that your belongings will be delivered 3 days after it has been loaded for delivery. Just another lie. If you find all of the above behavior appalling as I do. Please RUN from these people!!!

Dishonest People
Terrible company. They lied about the services they can provide. Changed pricing. Damaged concrete steps from the house we just SOLD when they were moving the items we paid them to move. Changed delivery dates 3 times (I Waited 15 days for the items to be delivered-- total trip was only 470 miles) . Don't return phone calls. I paid for a Pool table to be moved and re assembled. When they left my house, it was in 9 pieces in my basement, and they tried to tell me they never said they could assemble a pool table, even though it was on the contract. If I could give them a negative rating, I would. Stay clear of these dishonest people!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical, unorganized, extremely unprofessional and flat out RUDE. In the early part of June, I contacted the sales office to get a quote to move some furniture a little over 400 miles. The first question I asked was if they could disassemble, move and reassemble a pool table-of which I was told they could. I received a quote based on the items I described to them and made sure the pool table disassembly and reassembly was included in the quote. The move was scheduled with a pickup date between 6/18-6/20. When the movers came on 6/20, the first thing they said was that they did not know about the pool table, of which I showed them my quote. The lead driver also proceeded to tell me that the quote was wrong and that instead of 403cf it was 600cf (which is a 50% increase) I called the manager in Union City and she understood my frustration and told me she would do something for my trouble. The movers then proceeded to move my furniture and take apart the pool table. When they were ready to leave, they asked for a tip....I was very surprised that they asked, I did not have any cash and told them so. The mover actually said they would wait in the truck while I run to the bank for cash. I told them I had to get to work and was very sorry. I felt this was very strange. This was a Wednesday and I was told that the earliest my furniture would be delivered would be the following Wednesday because I gave them a check and the check had to clear before they would deliver my furniture (understandably so) Two days later, I received a phone call from the dispatcher letting me know my furniture would be delivered on Sunday. I told them no one would be home because we were told the earliest would be Wednesday. Two weeks and two days later our furniture was delivered after the company canceled and rescheduled delivery dates 3x. My bill was adjusted $300.00 for the discrepancy on the original quote, plus the fact that they damaged concrete steps when they moved the furniture from the Origin location. They also took off another $75.00 because of the delay in delivering our furniture. When the delivery guys showed up they immediately said they could not reassemble the pool table and were not even aware of it. They flat out said they did not know how to reassemble a pool table. I called the Florida office because they work later than the local office in NJ and spoke to a manager there and she said she would find someone to assemble the pool table for us. As I am writing this, that has not been scheduled. Minutes after I hung up with the Florida office, I heard from Maria (NJ dispatch) and I explained what was going on. She said she would call her boss and get back to me in 20 minutes, of which I never heard from her. The following morning I called her and told her I was very dissatisfied, we paid the delivery guys but did not get what we paid for. I also told her that she shouldn't have promised to call me back in 20 minutes if she wasn't planning on it...she immediately started yelling at me, of which I reminded her that I was a paying customer. I asked her to please put me through to a manager, still waiting for that phone call back. If I could give negative stars it would be a minus 5.

Very very bad company
Not good company, they are cheaters, deliver guy made mistake so I lost my one box now they couldn't find it and no one give proper reply. They want to pay me only 30$ . If my box value 30$ why I moved to NJ to Texas. Very bad company PLEASE don't use this service
