They were always prompt, prepared, and communicative as the job progressed. We had a large Water mitigation project that affected about 2500 square feet and soaked the drywall up 4ft high in some places. These guys know their stuff. We're all dried up and on our way to total restoration.

Our whole roof was undergoing repair when a storm came through causing extensive water damage. Steamatic was at our house within two hours of our waking up to discover water coming into our house from every room. From the moment they arrived we knew we were in good hands. They got fans going immediately and came in every day for a week checking the progress and adjusting machines as necessary. For a moment it looked like they might have to pull out our custom closet which wasn't even a year old. We were so upset, but they tried extra measures to avoid taking out the closet which were successful, so the closet was saved! We had a mold inspection done before the restoration work started and it came in clean, thanks to Steamatic's work. The crew that came in to restore what the emergency crew had to remove was very competent, but was not as amazing as the emergency crew. I had to have more conversations about the work being done like rooms painted the wrong color. We also felt the crew was not as mindful of us living in the house while the work was being done, by (literally) painting us into a corner (we had to live out of our master bedroom for two weeks), if they had staggered the repair/paint work, we should have been able to have a living room or den available for use. I was also disappointed that the emergency crew didn't document where things were (like placement of lights) before pulling down walls/ceilings. Unfortunately, we were not able to get some recessed lights in same previous location with the restoration crew. Overall, we are happy with the quality of all the work and would use Steamatic again.

Steamatic clearly explained the process to us. The guys working at our house worked long hours, and were considerate of us, by closing off a door whenever possible, to minimize dust from cutting out parts of walls. They brought us many needed supplies and helped us to move some large pieces of equipment out of their way. Tommy was especially helpful and hard working, by spending many hours to complete the removable process.We really appreciated having Mr. Henry come out to our home to see for himself how much damage there was to these rooms. I have used Steamatic on several occasions, both for emergency and general purposes. Their service is exemplary. Everyone from the owner Bill Henry down to all the employees are expert and sensitive to the customer's needs. Steamatic has done everything from move and restore a 12 foot kitchen island, mold abatement to the mundane clean upholstered furniture. Everything has been done to my great satisfaction.
