I entered into a clean environment and was greeted with a smile at the front desk, that made me feel welcome but nothing was said about being a new patient. I noticed that a child was being seen and the person that called on him was so happy and made the child feel good about coming into the office. I was soon called in and directed to a room with a smile and warm words. The lady that cleaned my teeth was AWESOME! Then the Dr. came in. I wasn't welcomed as a new patient. Time went by, then the dr. noticed I was new to his practice and causally said, "Oh, you are new", no hand shake took place or eye contact. I felt like a # and not a person. Then the Dr. checked my teeth and saw the teeth I had been concerned with, that made me have some confidence again. When the dr. was done, the dr. still didn't welcome me, So I took it upon myself to show him how it is done and I extended my hand to shake. He finally complied. It's extremely important to read a patients file before you see them to greet a new patient professionally, it shows class. I give a 5 star only because I wish this company to improve and thrive. Poor quality and service
The dentist lacked knowledge. despite our dental concerns the dentist dissmissed them said we were fine and to continue following the plan. what plan it was our first visit, which I reminded him of. I even told him what I was being checked for and he still dissmissed it. I continued to have concerns and had to seek another dentist who did in fact confirm my concerns and need immediate Care. I called Stoughton family dental to have my xrays transferred and I was told they would waive the fee. when I called to find out if the xrays were sent. they said I have to pay for them despite the fact that they had said it would be waived. and why didn't I complain the day of the visit. well obviously because I believed the dentist until I had to see another one for the pain.

Great with kids and so friendly
Everyone is so nice at stoughton family dental ! They are great with kids and are so patient with them when they are nervous my kids love going!

Very good dental cleaning with Kathy, efficient and friendly; followed with a check by Dr. Jisu Lim, attentive and meticulous as always. Also, great work by Lily at the front desk.

Really makes you feel comfortable
After not visting the dentist for awhile I was greeted by Kathy . I very nervous going in!!!! I felt completely comfortable with her she really is gentle kind and understanding . Dr,Chung came in after my cleaning where I knew I had ton of issues going on my own fault. I was waiting for it the (judgment) sitting waiting head hanging down well the judgement never came !! Dr.Chung greeted me with a smile and was all about how to help me . The woman at front desk they are so helpful and nice best experience I have ever had at a dentist I highly recommend stoughton family dental

1st time at Stoughton Family Dental. Dr. Lin & her assistant were very thorough and performed a lengthy procedure painlessly & professionally. I recommend Dr.Lin.
