Unfortunately this company is not the best. We pay a fortune but nothing gets cleaned. We are a doctors office which should be clean and sanitized. They do not mop or sweep medical rooms let alone the reception area. They hardly take the trash out. We have left trash on the floor purposely to see if they clean it and they don't. We have found out that they sign on to our reception computers and play music/look up stuff which in turn has burned out one of our computers. They have time to get on our office equipment but they don't have time to actually clean anything.

We are very pleased with our current cleaner. She does a wonderful job and completes whatever we ask of her.

We did not have service Tuesday, 02/16/2021 but thought since we have had bad weather this may be the reason however, we did not get serviced this weekend as well. We came in the office to find our trash had not been dumped and no cleaning services provided. We are satisfied with the service when it is provided. We did have bad weather here again on Sunday but no excuse for two service calls missed. Please advise when our next date of service will be completed.

I would not recommend your cleaning service to anyone. We have struggled with getting the daily cleaning accomplished. We have talked the Operations Manager multiple times and we still can not get the services done that we are paying for. We feel that the Operations Manager has failed to follow up with us in regards to our complaints.

We are very pleased with the cleaning service we get from Stratus! Our lady is always on time and works very hard to please us. If we point out anything that might have been missed or unnoticed (happened only once) it is taken care of immediately and with a smile. Our decision to stay with Stratus was a good one made after interviewing 3 other services. We have been using Stratus since ____ and plan to use them for many more years.
