We have been working with this company for almost 1 year. They are reliable and do a good job. Laticia is fantastic, dependable and very friendly.

No show on designated day and do not inform their manager that they missed a day. Floors not cleaned or vacuumed. I cannot see how the crew can empty all wastebaskets and empty shredder, clean 2 bathrooms, sinks, toilets, and floors, dust, vacuum, clean interior window & sills in 10 min. I'm still not sure if they are even using any cleaning products to clean, disinfect and sanitize. The crew is suppose to come 2 x a week to provide us service. The cleaning crew is hit and miss with their scheduled cleaning days & times. Disenchanted with cleaning service.

We have been very happy with our cleaning team. They are extremely friendly and thorough. When we needed to switch our days for cleaning, they were very accommodating. We have had cleaners in the past that made us feel uncomfortable when they were here. But with the team from Stratus, we look forward to seeing them every week.

I would say our biggest concern is the hard floors. We know they are not being mopped and swept end to end every night like the contract stated they would be. Our office manager literally watches clumps of dirt as they remain day after day in the same spots. The bathroom floors too. I complained to my contact a couple of weeks ago that they were filthy in building 1. It seems like that may have improved since then.

Hi, Overall we are happy with our cleaning services that Stratus provide us. But there are only couple minor complains: First, the housekeeper for Cochise office park missed two times on Sunday to clean our suites so we had to reschedule it with our tenants. She had a reason for that but we are hoping that this would not be happen again in future . Second, house keeper at Casa Santa Fe forgot to dust off the night stand at master bedroom. and also there was a coffee cup on the kitchen counter which was not clean.
