Sarah (I believe part of the reception staff) is so incredible to work with. She is prompt, reliable, kind, and caring. She helped to efficiently coordinate a referral process for me and made me feel as though I was not bothering them at all. She genuinely wants to help and is patient and compassionate! Truthfully, all of the staff I have met and talked with have been kind, patient, and caring. From the reception staff to assistants and doctors, this office has treated me well, which I appreciate so much. Thankful for them in a time where I need it most!

Dr. LeRose is just such an awesome doctor and person. He is so caring and has a genuinely good heart. In a time where I have been hurt tremendously by another provider and my trust is broken, he has been such a breath of fresh air and reminded me that there are providers who CAN be trusted and have the right intentions and care for their patients. He took responsibility for writing me a referral that he absolutely did not have to do, but one that his receptionist told me he would love to do for me. He is one of those people that would do any little thing he could to make someone's life a little easier or better in any way he could. I sat in his waiting room, crying in pain, frustration, and disbelief from the way I was treated by my previous provider. The first time I met him, I was broken and scared. I was coming from a situation where I was grossly mistreated. When he came in and introduced himself and was so kind, gentle, and respectful, I had almost forgotten that that's how a doctor-patient relationship SHOULD be. He reminded me of the worth I had lost along the way and treated me as important and deserving of appropriate care like any other patient. I had become so accustomed to accepting substandard care that it was a weird feeling to be treated as equally important to other patients. He asked about how my pain was affecting me, my life, my sleep, and my ability to nourish myself. He was genuinely caring, something else so foreign to me. The fact that he wants me to get better and is willing to do anything he can to contribute to my success just shows his maturity and responsibility for a situation that isn't even his. He made such a huge impact on me the day I was sitting in his office choking back tears. He made me feel like I wasn't alone in going through this, and he would be there for me for whatever I may need. Anyone who would "love" to do something for me that is important to my happiness and well-being is an amazing person in my book. He was willing to take the time to help me without any questions asked. Just because he cares. Not because he gets any reward or has any obligation to do so. Just because he's a good person and doesn't want to see me drowning. It's because of people like him that have made my days of wanting to give up become fewer and fewer. He has helped me restore a trust in providers that has been severed. I hope for many blessings for him because of the kind way he treats others. He is one of those "lights in the darkness" kind of examples.

It was good but...
I had a teeth extraction in the warren office . The process was okay but the nurse was very rude and kept yelling for every thing. The surgery went good but when they tried to wake me up the same nurse was very rude and kept yelling and screaming a at me and she shook me very hard that made my brother feel unsafe. My family felt disrespected by her actions. I felt that I wasn’t t welcomed. I wanted to do my jaw surgery here but when I remembered what she did I kind of took the idea from my mind . I went home that day feeling shocked thinking how they hired such a rude person like her

Scary day turned into relief and completely satisfied.
After a very old cap fell off the third time, my dentist recommended that the tooth had to be extracted. The tooth or what was left of it,was an upper molar. . I was not pleased about the upcoming extraction, but the whole experience was almost pleasant. The staff, specially Liz and Sue, could not have been any more kind, helpful and both had a calming professional manner.. We even discussed the beautiful blooming trees seen through the window. I would recommend this office to anyone and I’m a hard judge. I don’t tolerate bad service anymore. Too old to suffer incompetence. Excellent service. By the way, the dentist was very good.

I needed an upper Molar (tooth #14) to be removed, I opted to do so without a general anesthetic ($500 was rather steep), the entire experience with this practice was of total professionalism along with some much appreciated humor to reduce the tension! Terrific overall experience for what is not a happy event. I was amazed at how little discomfort followed the procedure, eating soft foods and some general extra care but very little swelling and minimal discomfort. Would unreservedly recommend this practice, my thanks to all who helped care for me.

Dr. Lehal and the other staff members were very professional and friendly. I received clear responses to my questions, and the experience gave me confidence that my wisdom tooth extraction would go well.
