Worse off now
After going for 9 months I finally saw the racket this business is doing . Everybody put on the same plan ,same treatment, no privacy, all they care about is running you thru the place and taking your money. Finally quit when new doctor hurt me with applying too much pressure with vibe tool and I couldn't walk for two days! Still in pain 2 months later !

My 6 year old and 73 year old father get treated here......I called on a Friday morning at 8:30am and talked with Lacy to make an appt. for my 13 year old who pitches and has hurt his arm. I went through the entire story with her including the x-rays we got the Tuesday before....she said no problem we can see today at 2:45pm. We arrive for our appt. to be told she made a mistake and since he has not been there before they could not see him til next week that they were too busy and leaving early of Friday. I explained to her that this morning if she would have told me that I could have made other arrangements instead of wasting my whole day assuming we had an appt. with a place 2 of my family members go to..She left and spoke to a doctor and the answer was still no. As we are leaving it is kind of ironic in big letters on the front window "WALK IN WELCOME ANYTIME". My family will never be back and I recommend not going on Fridays when their focus is on getting out the door for the weekend.
Response from Synergy Chiropractic Center
Mike, I would first like to apologize for the confusion and the time wasted for an appointment that never happened. Our software does not allow all of the patients pertinent information to be seen on the scheduling screen so generational names can sometimes cause confusion and cause it to appear that a person is already a patient when in fact it was a family member. Procedures will be put in place to ensure that new patients are recognized as such. Walk-ins are welcome however, new patients, because of the time we spend to ensure a proper diagnosis and treatment are often scheduled to the next available appointment. While it would have been more convenient for the both of us if the staff doctor had seen your son it would have been rushed and not to the standard of the previous two family members. While I can explain the ultimate reason he wasn't seen the original problem falls squarely on myself and the staff. I would like to invite you to call me directly at the office and see if there is some way to resolve your issue. Dr. Bampton
