Amazing staff and very clean facility
I came in and was not sure what I needed, but Mandy was amazing and showed me a few different size units and then we picked one and she walked me through the whole process and offered me water and advised that she had a great referral program that I could use to make 50 bucks for every person I refer to her. She said she was new, but I would have never guessed that as she seemed to know her stuff.

WATER & MOLD
We rented one of their "climate controlled" units for 12-13 months. 2 weeks into our storage I get a phone call from Paul asking that I come to the facility to inspect my unit. They had a pressure washer cleaning the hall and sprayed into my unit. Water everywhere! Insurance company would not accept a claim. When we moved out the end of May 2017 there was mold on the majority of our property (sentimental things like baby toys and cribs, expensive kitchen equipment and a pool table). I called Paul again and told him insurance wouldn't accept a claim and he said they would look into it and call me back. That was 6 weeks ago and still haven't heard from Paul!!!! I selected one star only because it wouldn't let me select zero stars. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!

We enjoyed Mr. and Mrs. McCormick as great customers at The Vault. Their was an occasion where about 2 to 3 ounces of water leaked into their doorway area which Mr McCormick inspected within a couple of hours as he was close by. I cleaned area in a prompt manor to his satisfaction. He had dampness on several legs of a table which he was okay with. I encouraged him to make a claim if he wanted to. However we are not thinking he did make a possible claim since item dried quickly. We encouraged Will to check his unit often since he elected not to transfer to an offered different unit. Which according to records he was coded in to the facility at least 30 times from May of 2016 until March 2017 at least one time or more monthly. When he was nearing the end of stay in 2017 we gave Mr.McCormick a good will 100.00 dollar reduction off one of his units as a token of appreciation and understanding that he was so kind and nice . Just wondering why he stayed with us over a year yet claims Water Everywhere.?? Also , He new insurance company policy is not normally covering Mold since it can grow from moisture on moving items in during wet weather. Be that he sends us his review in such negative opinion is dis appointing. He could have said he got a discount token of consideration as well as immediate service and he elected not to relocate goods of high value.!
