BEWARE: Dr. Mertz’s office did not submit claims to my dental insurance company, and now they are sending me bills from 2 years ago. Even sent one to a collection agency before contacting me. These bills had to be submitted to my dental insurance within 13 months, so now I’m stuck with the bills due to their incompetence. Total of $700.00. I am not paying these bills, I pay a lot for my dental insurance. I am now in the process of filing complaint against Dr. Mertz with the NJ State Board of Dentistry via the NJ Attorney General, per my congressman. If anyone else is experiencing similar billing problems, please respond to this comment and I will provide who to contact.

BEWARE!!

WORST EVER!! Endodondist stuck me 4 times with the needles like I was a pin cushion!! No numbing area first!! You had to just suck it up... the pain was so so AWFUL!! One of the shots he hit a nerve, he didn’t care, didn’t stop. He was busy jumping from patient to patient. My body was shaking afterwards!! 5am now and my teeth are throbbing... BEWARE!!
