Parent of student who has been training at up top for 7yrs
As parents, we say enough positive things about this martial arts studio especially about the instructor/owner. He is truly an excellent teacher so motivated. Our son has learned an enormous amount of discipline and self control. He is 11 and has been training since he was 4 years old. This studio is flexible in that our son has played and continues to play seasonal sports as well as train with martial arts. It is worth every penny. Up Top is one of the few places around where the owner is honest hard working and doesn't price gauge. We have recommended many families who are pleased to Up Top.

Home away from home
Up top martial arts and its instructor Yanni have provided another place I can call home. I have learned that when the going gets tough you have to keep going and Yanni does such an excellent job at making sure each and every person is motivated. Yanni has such a vast knowledge of jiu jitsu and learning from him is an absolutely privilege. The students that come to the classes are also very welcoming and are all willing to work with you and help you grow. I recommend up top to anyone willing to add jiu jitsu to their daily life.

Up Top Martial Arts
My 2 sons have been taking Tae Kwon Do classes there for about 6 years and have learned so much. They have gained confidence, physical strength, and discipline. It is a wonderful learning atmosphere and classes for kids and teens. There are also many reasonable times for your kids to take the classes during the week and the sensei is an asset because he makes himself available to the kids and parents.

Where champions are born.
Look BJJ isn't a cakewalk but, this school has the best of both worlds. A competitive atmosphere with a family environment. The instruction is greatly detailed from a black belt who is always will to work with you during and after class. There is a special group of people who were very welcoming to me when i first started. this academy is unique and open to everyone. Think your not ready for BJJ? Try a class you'll be surprised and forget it is even a workoutZ
