Best Professional Service
I have always been afraid of dentists because of my previous, painful experiences with them. However, that changed today when I visited Valley Dental Care. I was treated with so much respect and I was constantly asked if I was doing alright. Not only that, but I had a root canal done in one of my molars which was not painful at all. They addressed my issue right away instead of having me reschedule over and over for X-rays and a plan, etc, etc. I would highly recommend this clinic!!

AWESOME!!!
Dr. Lee and the staff are absolutely AMAZING!!! I have alot of anxiety when it comes to any dentists. I am in need of having 24 teeth pulled and dentures. The staff offered me the in house dental plan that will really save me alot of money because I do not have any dental insurance. Dr. Lee said he would pull as many teeth as I wanted him to at a time. This first time I opted to have 3 pulled. I was worried about being in alot of pain. He gave me a good amount of novacaine that I didnt feel any pain what-so-ever until much later. I am diabetic so I take longer to heal then normal folks. I can say after the first day my pain was very minimal! He has let me decide how often and how many teeth to pull. I thought I would wait 2 weeks but I feel good enough to go back next week!!!! Im very excited to continue working with Dr. Lee and the staff and cannot wait for the end result!

Saved valley dentals name!!
After having a terrible experience with valley dental on sunnyside in Winchester they sent me to this one in jubal early... the previous dentist couldn't get my teeth to get numb to pull and he ended up putting 20+ needles in my mouth to remove 3 teeth! I went to dr sharif (sorry if spelt wrong) he assured me it would not be like that he would make sure I was completely numb before touching anything! Before I even knew it he had removed half of the ones I needed! If it wasn't for him I probably would have left a bad review for valley dental period! But he saved valley dental from that!!! I would recommend anyone to go to the office on jubal early in Winchester but never the one on sunnyside! The dental assistance was amazing as well very comforting and talked me through it without freaking me out! (Since the previous dentist I ended up with terrible dental anxiety) Amazing!!!! so glad to have had a much better experience! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

First visit in a very, very long time
I was one of those with a dentist phobia. I had, had some very bad experiences in the Chair growing up, and those terrors linger long into adulthood. I opted for the best dental coverage my company offered this year with the firm notion of buckling down and having my teeth looked at. After a few hits, that were actually misses, because I didn't like the feel of the lobbies, or vibes of front desk, I found Valley Dental. To say their staff is wonderful is the understatement of the year. They empathize with those who have, as they refer to us as "Dental Anxiety". My first treatment was a doozy. It was a deep cleaning that consisted of being shot up with nova cane at least 8 times. It felt like more, but I don't want to exaggerate. They have nitrous available, but I opted against it, because I had taken a Xanax before I came in. I did not know how the two would mix. For someone who had avoided the "Chair" for near 20 years to be writing a glowing report after being shot up multiple times with a needle, and then taken a drill to that sounded like R2D2 on steroids, I'd say that's a hell of a great office to work with. Bottom line, if you're afraid of the Chair take an anti-anxiety pill, or opt for the nitrous. These are good people, with good hearts who only want to make you teeth healthy. They don't push treatments you don't need, much less can't afford. The primary dentist is Dr. Shariff, but you can call him Sheriff, because as far a dental medicine is concerned, he's the new Sheriff in town.

My new favorite dentist!
Today was my first visit at this dentist office. I immediately felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The office staff was welcoming and kind. The dental hygienist was easily the nicest person I have ever met. She understood how uncomfortable the X-rays were and completed them quickly and carefully. Her compliments and conversation put me immediately at ease, as if I were talking to a friend. My dentist was just as wonderful. He was so gentle. My gums didn't bleed at all nor did I experience pain. I highly recommend them!

Good people to have you dental work done. Did not feel like I was getting a lecture from the dentist like I had at another dentist office.
