I had 29 year old hardwood floors done by Vivid. They were dull and it seemed like the dirt was embedded in them. I really thought they should be replaced. Upon seeing the floors after Mr Neary finished cleaning them, I was amazed!! They were spotless and shining!! They glowed and I couldn't believe it! He made them beautiful!!! Great job!! my carpets look amazing and the area rugs I have down the colors just pop , so bright and vivid. I am very pleased always with the care I get when my getting my carpets cleaned.. I also appreciate the warmth and friendliness of the owner Patrick Neary.. He makes sure before he leaves that you are totally satisfied with his work. I had a few stains that I had tried to get out on my own..i showed them to him and he got them out totally..
