Top -notch professionals
We first met Charlie and the boys (Watauga preservation when we were building the Lodge at Crooked River. www.crookedriverevents.com They completed our job on time and with a minimum amount of drama. Charlie listened to our requests, asked questions and pointed out things which we needed to know. He is easy to work with and he has some very skilled craftsmen working for him. We have used him for two projects and are talking with him now about a third project. How many people do you know that use the same contractor over and over? He has special expertise in timber framing, log cabins and general woodworking. He does what he says he will do. Highest recommendation.

Great Craftsmanship
I’ve worked with many contractors over the years, and Watauga Preservation was one of the best. I contracted them to install antique barn wood in a home theater. The work looked so good I decided to have them install more in a large gym area. Their craftsmanship is rock solid, and their crew was very professional. I would recommend Watauga Preservation to anyone!

neat professional service
Met Charlie and his crew tearing down a neighbors barn. I had a large barn I wanted down. We went and looked at it and struck a deal.Unbelievable the time and care they took while tearing my barn down. The crew would tear a section down and clean up the area before they continued on to the next. I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and always got an answer. When they were done very little for me to clean up as we discussed before the start of the tear down.Charlie and crew were excellant to work with. D
