Dr. Matt is great, office could be spruced up
Tend to have wait time both in waiting room then again for dr. But once it’s your turn you’re in and out quickly and the staff seems efficient. Maybe just over-booked. Also the appearance and cleanliness of the place is very sub-par...makes for a less than great rating. But the dr .s work quality is superb...I wouldn’t keep going there if it went for dr batiste

2 dentists got into an argument today while the one was working on my mouth. It was over a tool... They actually got loud in front of everyone. And the nurses were all laughing. Unprofessional.

I was not pleased that I didn't get to see a dentist at the end of my cleaning appointment. I was not informed ahead of time that 'my' dentist would not be there the day of my appointment. I was told she was probably at another location. I don't have the luxury of time to attend multiple appointments, especially at this office that takes a very long time to be seen. Every place I've received dental care in the past, I have always seen a dentist before leaving. And since when are x-rays needed every 6 months? They have x-rays from my first visit 6 months ago and tried to do more at this visit. I'm glad I have previous dental care experience of having x-rays done annually so I'm not unnecessarily exposed to the harmful effects of frequent x-rays.

Long Wait Office Not Managed Properly
No communication with patients. My appointment was at 9:00 and I was told at 10:45 it would be another hour. The staff should've called me up to confirm or notify me of the delay. I called the call center and they weren't help ful . I asked a simple question and was kept on hold for 6 minutes. I hope the leadership team, takes more time to implement better training.
