After years of traditional lifting on my own, I didn’t feel challenged any more and had stopped seeing progress. I tried World Gym Athletics and the push, drive, explosiveness, and constant learning has given me what I enjoy most - continually testing my character and my limits.

The head coach asked me to just try World Gym Athletics once. I thought it would be an interesting challenge because I never saw myself as someone who could lift weights. The class was fun and I realized I had the ability to actually lift weights, especially using a barbell. World Gym Athletics has helped me grow out of my shell and to become more confident and feel better about who I am.

I can always count on my coaches to make the most of my time in the gym and help me reach my fitness goals. I’ve increased my strength more than I ever thought possible. Now, I just want to lift heavier, run faster, and PR on everything! My energy level and physical conditioning have never been higher, especially at home with an active husband and grandchildren.

I had worked out before but nothing like World Gym Athletics. It kicked my butt!! I got my husband and daughter to try it out and we haven’t looked back. We are getting stronger every day!
