Rob Hess did a great job. Replaced two light fixtures despite difficulties from both fixtures I purchased and old junction boxes with misplaced or stripped connectors. He was persistent and calmly explained alternatives and what he was doing

Exceeded expectations
Don (in the office) and Rob Hess, our craftsman, were knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and courteous. Rob changed out difficult to reach lightbulbs in difficult to reach fixtures. I definitely recommend this service provider.

High quality service, very professional
Rob was excellent. He did great work and explained everything in detail. He was very professional and kept up with communication and follow-up. He called when he said he would and showed up when he said he would.
I will certainly use this service again based on the quality of the work and the level professionalism I experienced with the entire process.

High quality, professional and friendly
Rob is professional, friendly and conscientious, and did a fine job with blinds and an electric switch. Also very impressive were the appointment confirmation, follow-up that Rob was on the way, and his on-time arrival.

The service was very professional and the outcome high quality.
I want to thank Rob Hess the Craftsman that worked at my house today. He was extremely professional explained things to me and the outcome was very high quality. As other reviews have mentioned here on the cape and I'm sure other places it's very hard to get a professional quality team that will come and do small Renovations at our homes. I would highly recommend Ace Handyman Services and will use them again. I'm thankful I found them.

Great Thorough Job! Eastham, Ma.
Rob completed repairs on several of our windows with an expert hand and attention to all the details. He also took the time to explain all the functions of our style windows and specific attention that should be paid in regards to their maintenance. After he completed the job he was willing to spend some time looking at another issue and advising action that could be taken. All in the most courteous fashion, thank you Rob!
