Bill, the handyman was pleasant and professional and his craftsmanship was spot on...I was pleased with him and his work...however, I was NOT pleased with the COST of the completed job, nor the time it took to complete the installation of one window air conditioner which was well over 3 hours. Also, I was charged a "trip" fee ( which is what John called it instead of consultation fee) which should have been deducted from the total cost of the job once I opted to move forward with the service, but John refused to do so or lower the cost in any way. I would NOT and will NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Bill did a great job with my attic, patching up my wall, building and installing a window screen, and installing a railing for the stairs. He was very professional and pleasant and his craftsmanship, skills, knowledge, cleanliness, and attention to detail were phenomenal. While working on the project, he came across a few unexpected snags, but was able to solve each one patiently and precisely. I am more than pleased with the results. This was my first time contacting Ace Handyman Services, and I did not know what to expect. Scheduling was quick and easy, communication was impeccable. I would definitely contact them again and I have already recommended this business to others.

Very happy with the job. Juan arrived on time, completed the exterior paint job which required going on the roof, and the house looks great. I have used other handyman services and ACE out performed them. Will use again in the future and would highly recommend.

Make sure you multiply the estimate by at least 3. Quoted about 5 hours for a job. 9 hours later and not even close. Just hiring a new contractor.

We are pleased to have had Bill doing a long list of repairs from basic (replacing closet rods) to demanding (repairing a rotted exterior doorframe). We have especially appreciated his willingness to discuss his plan of work before beginning and to do the jobs according to our priorities. We've also appreciated the care he has taken to keep work areas clean and tidy. We will call Ace Handyman Services again.
