Jack is absolutely amazing. He deserves all the praise. My issue is with the company. Why only one person showed up? We’re paying $125 for one person? To put an entire closet system up… that’s insane. I could hire a contractor for $80/hr. I was expecting 2 or 3 people for that cost. Lorain ace hardware sucks. They called him several times, pulled him from the project, told him to wrap up early. Very disappointing. I will never use ace again & I will tell others my experience.

Jack was so knowledgeable and friendly. He worked promptly to finish the job and even went above and beyond by fixing our door from getting stuck when opening/closing :) He was also on time for scheduled appointment which is always a plus!

Jack was very professional, and we are very happy with the work that was completed. Always on time and courteous. He made sure that he told me how the front screen door that he put in works. Very happy with his work. Will recommend Ace Handyman to anyone I know for miscellaneous work that needs done!! I will definitely call and ask for Jack if I need any more work done!!

This is not the first time I've We've used the Ace Handy Man and I'm pretty sure that it won't be the last. He always keeps you in the know on what's going on with your service, repair, etc. and the price of each one. There's no quests work with him either. He's always been on time and if there's a problem or whatever, he keeps you informed of what is going on. His Work is excellent and highly professional. He's always friendly and upbeat, too. You couldn't ask for anyone better.

My experience with Ace was excellent! Work done by a true professional and done in a timely manner! I was pleased enough with this project that I'm having several more projects done with them.
