I had a weird existing mailbox post shoved in with a plastic gasket and only about a foot out of the ground. Needed it replaced to accommodate a metal sleeve because my boxes kept getting destroyed by the plows. Juan came out and dug a new hole (in still near frozen ground) and dropped a new post in with concrete, and took ridiculous care to make sure all the little details like angles and levels and postmaster heights we all met. He worked neat and clean the entire time and was a pleasure to jabber with on top of it all. This is the second time I have used this ACE (the last time with a Ryan) and both were extremely pleasurable and stressless experiences with decent, knowledgebale and personable tradesmen. I would recommend Ace Handyman Services of Middletown and Juan and Ryan to anyone for just about anything.

It was very quick and easy to make an appointment. Juan showed up to my house on time. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I asked him to put bead board up in my kitchen, frame out bedroom doorway and do some trim work and repair loose doorknob. He explained what he needed to do and cost. He brought all material needed with him and went to work right away. Very meticulous about his work. I am very happy. It looks great! This is the 3rd time I have used ace handyman services and I will continue to do so. I recommend using them.

I needed a door installed in my basement. Should be a simple job and it was. Further than that, it was done with a level of skill and meticulousness that when far beyond. I told him my concerns about water and pests and he seal the thing up as if it were a bulkhead door in a submarine. The job was done well beyond expectations, even for such a standard job. No cookie cutter work or shortcuts. Competent, skilled, custom work even for even this basic job. I would trust Ace and especially Ryan with any job.
