No communication
First request was online. No response. 2nd request was a call with promises that a handyman would stop by to measure, never did. Left vm asking to be scheduled for services, no response. Such awful service for a company in the "service" industry. Just tell me your overbooked with jobs, I'll move on...which I have-going to professional now.

I was under the impression we were waiting for your HOA to approve the changes and for you to order the new storm door. My apologies for the miscommunication.

Cabinets now and did our shower last year.
