I am a repeat user of Ace Handyman. Recently I needed pipes that had cracked replaced in my basement, plus several other jobs, such as fixing a window that could not be closed. Everything was done in a high quality and friendly fashion.

Max was fantastic!! He arrived on-time everyday, was professional and so so tidy--he was repairing dry wall on both a wall and ceiling and there was never a mess. He worked quickly and thoroughly. Electrical repairs were also involved and he ordered the parts and had them for the next appointment, so no delay in completing the project. Will definitely use this service again! Also, scheduling was easy and didn't take long to get an appointment.

First request was online. No response. 2nd request was a call with promises that a handyman would stop by to measure, never did. Left vm asking to be scheduled for services, no response. Such awful service for a company in the "service" industry. Just tell me your overbooked with jobs, I'll move on...which I have-going to professional now.

Max is always very intelligent in his projects, no matter what it is. He is the most trusting workman we have ever worked with. Go with Ace in Port Washington.
