At 4:30pm my furnace stopped working and it was 28 degrees out. I called Aire Serv and speaking with Steve, he so kindly helped me over the phone trouble shoot the problem and I got it working!! Thank you Steve for your wonderful kindness to help me over the phone. I will definitely call you guys when I need on site service!!

She was very professional. The part that was installed has the same problem as the one it replaced. When the temp. outside gets up to 40 degrees or so the house cools down for quite some time before the heat pump or gas kickes in to bring the temp in the home back to the temp the thermostate is set for.

I have used Aire Serve for many years and have always found its employees to be great to work with.

Technician did a very good job

I was a previous consumer of AirServe and when I moved I did not continue my business with them as I had a relatively new furnace system. I have recently realized that there were comforts about being a regular customer with a monthly plan that I was missing. Being a single parent and single income, I appreciate the ability to call with problem and get speedy results as well as their twice annual check up for my system. I do not have to worry about who, what, why or where to call. Looking forward to years of continued business with you.

I would definitely deal with Aire Serv for all my future HVAC needs. They have very high quality and answered all of the many questions I did have. They were very reliable in fixing a problem they had made with the install (only a cosmetic problem).
