We had three contacts with three different employees and all were highly professional. The first visit was to determine the need for a new furnace, the 2nd with Rob. I mentioned the cold and hot spots in the house. He recommended an option to correct this problem and then, the installation. We could not be happier. Rob's plan worked and the dining room is warm and the bedroom is no longer a sauna. We have even heat throughout the house.

I have an older boiler that has started to give me problems over the past 4 years. The problems were repaired, but this time I thought I would have to replace the boiler. A younger serviceman came out and made the appropriate repair, but I knew there was an underlying problem. By the next morning, the furnace was down. An older serviceman came back, thoroughly examining the boiler and showed me what was causing the problem in the first place. I am so grateful he got it back up and running. I was a little tight on money and really could not afford a new boiler at this time. Thank you so much for helping me out.
