We had Rafael come out because our heater was not working again! He diagnosed the problem immediately and we had to get a new one. He was very helpful in explaining everything to us and when we made our decision, he installed the new unit when he said he would. My air conditioner went out last night and I was called back quickly by Rafael. I scheduled for him to come today between 9 and 11am and he called prior to arriving at 10. He immediately got up in the roof and found the problem, the condenser fan motor. He came down and explained what it needed and gave me the price right away. He went back up and fixed it within 30 minutes! The price was exactly what he said with no extras! He was also thorough checking output of my vents and found a large piece of insulation had come loose and was blocking the air flow. Rafael came out and did a good job getting my AC working (it was the darn thermostat again). I bought a maintenance plan so he included the service charge that was due under the home warranty agreement. He did the inspection, clean the coils, got a piece of insulation away from the air flow. Great. Because he is a contractor with my home warranty company I feel better that if anything is detected during the yearly inspections, it can be taken care of more easily. ~via Google
