What's worse than having your AC go out in June? Not having someone you can trust to figure out what's wrong with it. That wasn't the case for us with Clayton and Aire Serv. He was great from the time he came by to assess the problem to the follow-up after installation of our new unit. We've been in our home for 19 years and this is the first time we've had to replace our unit. We will continue to have it served by Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning and are grateful for Clayton's honest, professional and timely service.

I was fortunate enough for Clayton to be referred to me by my neighbor many years ago. My home's heating and cooling units have been in his care ever since. ****Referral Alert!!!!!!***** This weekend we noticed a fishy smell coming from our AC. We assumed it was possibly just the trash and cleaned out our cans and sanitized them. Unfortunately the smell didn't away. Laury asked me this morning to climb up on the roof and check to see if a FishNado hit our AC unit. NOT being a AC guy, I proposedI call Clayton Crompton who is the owner of Aire Serv of Red Mountain. Clayton has been a valued AC/Heat service provider and friend of ours for well over a decade. I texted Clayton this morning and he called me within 2 or 3 minutes of me sending my text!! Within a couple hours he was on my roof looking for any fish in our AC unit!! He called me at work and let me know that there weren't any fish in our AC unit and it was likely bacteria built up in our AC coils. Clayton sanitized our AC coils went thru a thorough multi step safety inspection and maintenance process and reported back our poor old 25 year old AC unit was going to live another day. Whoo hoo!! No More Mr. Fishy smell!! His promptness, honesty and pleasant personality has always been appreciated. He has provided service for well over a dozen of our friends/ family and they have always reported back with very positive feedback!! Clayton is a amazing resource to know. Please don't hesitate to call Clayton if you have neglected your AC or need immediate help.
