Service at my home with my Air Conditioning
I called Kara to make an appointment she had James out the next day...He fixed it and was very good at his job...Very nice person and I will call them out gain... It's nice to know that there are still companies that will back us when we need them that it honest and not just out for your money...Thanks Kara and James for doing a GREAT JOB

Great Service
I didn't know I could leave a review here. I did leave one on Google back in 2013. Sorry this is late. Called many AC contractors for bids to install a new system in my home, several never even showed up. Brad Bird called me back and made an appointment with me. He did a home survey to see what systems would meet my needs, he measured all the rooms, looked at the old unit, looked around the outside, checked the insulation, and told me what would best serve my needs. Many contractors will just ask you how many square feet of space you have. Brad told me upfront that they would not be the cheapest, and he was right, but they do guarantee just about everything and put it in writing. a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, performance guarantee, no lemon and no quibble guarantee's. Many of the contractors I talked with would assure you that they would work with you, but none had as many guarantee's or put as much detail in writing. Brandon Hart was my installer. He and another co-worker ( his name escapes me ) spent the whole day working without breaks or lunch to get my unit installed. I'm so surprised that they could install such a unit in the small space allowed. Not making their job easy, I had ordered a Honeywell Prestige Touch screen thermostat of which they had no experience, but they got it hooked up and we all programed it with no problems....just a small learning curve. There was no damage to my home, they put down runners and a mat to wipe their feet, cleaned up everything and were polite and very professional at all times. Now, I could have bought the thermostat with all the bells and whistles on line at a cheaper price, but then the install would have been a huge undertaking for me. Even though it cost me more, they guarantee it. They also, like most professionally run businesses, have to purchase through licensed supplier's. The reason I needed a new system was due to the air quality of my home. It always seemed musty and stale and the humidity level seemed high. All contractors said I needed a variable speed air handler, but Brad told me about the Aire Serv Polarized Media Electronic Air Cleaner and the Reme air Purification system which is an air treatment system. Now my home always smells fresh and clean. Where my wife always complained about me running the whole house fan all the time, she now has no complaints. We have less allergies, less dust, less gases and odors and a more healthy environment. It doesn't solve all environmental problems, there are days that I sneeze, we still have to dust and clean the house, but looking back at the problems that we did have, they are 90% less. On warm days that I need to run the AC system, my instruments still tell me that I still have high humidity. Aire Serve tells me that they will continue to work with me on that. However, the air was always comfortable in the home and I lowered the temp just to get the numbers down on the humidity gauge. Come spring, I'll try just setting the thermostat to a comfortable level and just leave it alone, no matter what the gauge says. We'll know when its humid and then we'll call Aire serve for help. Going over my billing statement, I had seen where a billing error had occurred. A quick email to Brad set the wheels in motion and Keith Saunders drove 40 miles to deliver my refund. Now that's service. This was a long review, but I want everyone to know what a good fine company Aire Serv is. When your spending several thousands of dollars on a whole AC\ Heating system you want that company to back you up and not ignore you after the first year. If I have any major problems with them, I'll post it here, but I don't expect to. Also, I do not work for them nor do any of my family members. They are not paying me for this review or giving me anything in return for it. My son even bought the electronic media filter and the Reme and I can tell the difference at his home the moment I walk in. Good company, good people, let them give you a quote.

Fantastic experience!
James arrived on time and appearance was great. Explained my options and made sure he took care of my home. Went out of his way to make my day while he endured the hot attic. Will use Aire Serv again with no hesitation.
