My bills have never been this low!!
Since I had my new system installed I have not had one bill that has been more than last year at the same time of year. It is awesome to have a system installed that actually helps pay for itself. Awesome company and has been a pleasure working with them. If you need a system get it here.

What's not to love!
Courteous, knowledgeable service person who had actually been here previously--& who came on a Sunday afternoon--unheard of! And did a full seasonal inspection when it turned out that a contractor had turned off the furnace during my kitchen update & for a reasonable price.
What's not to love!

Serviceman was very helpful and his attitude was friendly. He installed filters which was optional and which we appreciated.

Always On Time And Never a Surprise Charge!
I have been using Aire Serv for 5 years now and have never once had an issue with them. The tech's i have had are very thorough with checking over the system. They will always tell me anything that needs to be repaired before doing the repairs. I also have an advantage plan with them where they come out and check over the system to make sure i am good for the season! They are a very reliable A/C Company!

Improvement But Still Not Running Properly
Frederick and Jose were very good in helping me evaluate whether to repair the a/c or replace it. I went with repair (for now): switch to a better thermostat to see if that would keep the unit from turning off before it cooled to the desired temperature. I could have also chosen to look for a freon leak or clean the coil. However, the unit is still shutting off before the desired temperature is reached. At times it runs longer than before, but not all the time. When it runs the air coming out of the vent feels cool and the room temperature gets lower before shutting off. I have also noticed water dripping from the pipe coming out of the inside unit; I don't think it was there before. I'd like to investigate the other two repairs and have you look at the water drip before committing to replacing the unit.

Confused
A/c was shutting off early (before reaching the set temperature). It was blowing cold air but it wasn't running long enough to lower the temperature sufficiently. Technician Ryan said it was low on freon due to a leak and if he found the leak, he probably couldn't fix it. Pending a discussion with Fredrick on replacing the system, I had Ryan add freon (to stay comfortable while deciding what to do). No improvement in performance; system again started shutting off early after Ryan left. So I am wondering if not enough freon was added or if it was not added properly. It blows cold air, but still shuts off early. Shouldn't it work like it's supposed to for a few days before the added freon leaks?
Response from Aire Serv
Mr Arias, thanks so much for the review and your concern on this issue that you are having. I know Frederick is coming at 3 today to go over your options, I will have a tech go as well to double check the system.
