We recently had our Central Air unit go out at our home. Aire Serve had serviced and repaired it for several years and it was time to replace. They showed me several options and helped us settle into one that best fit our needs. They quickly helped us secure 18 months same as cash financing and we got the unit ordered. The day it was supposed to be installed, they ran into some logistical issues. The husband and wife who own the business delivered the unit in their own vehicle and finished installing it after hours just so we could have air the day it was supposed to be installed. They went the extra mile to ensure we got the right unit, made sure it got here despite any hiccups in the process, and it was installed as promised.

I called Aire Serv in Sioux Falls on the 5th of July as my old AC quit working on the evening of the 4th of July . They were very nice to deal with and got someone out to look at it. I had a super nice young man come and after checking it out and fixing it temporarily he put in a new Unit for me. It works great and I have been so thankful to have it as the weather has had some very hot spells. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of heating or AC.

Today was in the mid 90's and I noticed that our A/C unit was making very loud noises. I called and was initially scheduled for an appointment in the morning which I thought was satisfactory. I later received a call back that they could come yet today and they did. They were able to clean out our unit which was neglected by us. The noise is gone and we are hoping for a more efficient A/C experience this summer. Thank you for the friendly prompt service, I also signed up for the spring/fall maintenance for our furnace and A/C to be more pro-active next time!! Thanks again!

This company is very good at what they do. We had a new furnace and AC unit installed. Our furnace actually went out in winter and they were on the spot with in hours. They were easy to work with and gave specific recommendations based upon the size of unit needed and budget. There is no high pressure sell to make you purchase anything more then what you need! I was really impressed by the installation, at no time did the crew ever leave a scrap of anything, they were there to work when they said they would be, (no waiting around, prompt) and helped me fill out the paperwork for the rebates tied back to my purchases. I would highly recommend this company for anybody looking for a trust worthy and customer focused experience when in comes to your furnace or AC needs!

The furnace and A/C is great. The system they recommended has been just right... and we're saving big time on our electric bill. Easy to work with. Helpful. Honest. We'll call'em every time. : )
