Our furnace died so we bids from three contractors. Airtech wasn’t the lowest, but they were close. We chose Airtech because their Coleman line has a better warranty than anyone else. We are very happy with our new furnace.

Our AC died on the weekend (Saturday) and the hottest day of the year. After still waiting for an on call back from another company (Sunday), our neighbor recommended AirTech, who he has done business with. We called the on call number and Jeremy answered. My first question to him was, "Are you in Pierre?" Jeremy not only in Pierre, but in my neighborhood. He was at our house in less than 10 minutes. Our AC was fixed and cooling within 28 minutes. The turnover time from bid to installation was very quick. Dan patiently answered all my questions and assured me his employees were well qualified to do the job right. Not only did his employees do great work installing a new heating/cooling system, they did it quietly, neatly and respectfully. They were courteous and professional all the way. Had a new air conditioner put in, staff was very professional and prompt ,they did a great job.

Had really good experience with Airtech. Staff is very professional and courteous. The one issue was that we had to remind them about the humidifier add on which was part of the bid. Not a big deal, but was something that should have been done during initial installation.
