Very pleased with the recommendations and the installation process. Mr. Clinton was timely in his responses, courteous, answered all of my questions and most of all, I'm very pleased with the unit. I chose the American Standard multiphase unit with gas furnace, also with multiphase. I expect to recoup my investment in several years.

All Ways LLC was the best HVAC outfit we have ever hired. When Josh learned that our old unit was not working properly, he traveled almost an hour the same day to look at it, and we had a quote for a new unit the next day. From Josh's initial inspection to the final clean up, the crew was on the ball and did thoroughly professional work. They are reliable and considering the fair pricing we received, they are excellent value. They even agreed to apply for a rebate that Duke Energy offers, for us. There were a couple of minor challenges due to the fact that the old unit was a bit different than the newer, improved model that we now have, But All Ways handled everything with care and confidence, and explained every aspect of the design decisions they made. It's working great!

josh is an expert in his field i would highly recommend him and his company.i was moving stuff around in the basement and i knocked something loose on the furnace, it was not easy for me to diagnose because i did not see it. Josh came over right away and found the problem in about 45 seconds ,fixed it and we were up and running in a few minutes. AAA++++++
