My parents invested in a Bath Fitter tub 4 years ago. Now the tub has multiple cracks.along the entire edge of the tub. They reached out to have it inspected. An agent came out, took photos and left. No one followed up so my parents called back 2 weeks later. Someone else came out to inspect the damage. She was told someone would call back to “negotiate” the warranty. That was 2 weeks ago and no one has called them back. All we are asking for is a quality product that lasts longer than 4 years and an honest company who will respond to complaints and honor a signed agreement. Taking advantage of 85 year old customers is not what we expected. We’re very disappointed and disgusted.

I had not taken a bath in my bathtub for 20 years because it was so awful. I finally called Bath Fitter and scheduled an consultation. I was sold! The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to work with. The gentleman that installed the new tub, surround and ceiling was very professional, clean and neat (both him and the job) and he stayed late to get the job done in 1 day! I was amazed and very happy! I recommend Bath Fitter to everyone! It was not that expensive and the result was so great that I've been telling everyone I know to get a new tub too! Thank you Bath Fitter for making my bathroom a place that I am not ashamed of anymore.

My old shower wasn't low enough or wide enough to handle mobility difficulties. I checked with many other companies and wasn't satisfied with sales service. I saw an add for Bath Fitter made an appointment to speak with a sales person. The sales person was friendly and well informed on Bath Fitter products. No problem bought a shower to meet my specs. Installers went to work to install my shower-they were courteous, careful not damage anything. I had a minor problem with a drain cover-I called for service with in 24 hours it was fixed. I have recommended Bath Fitter at every opportunity and will continue to do so. Tony

Bath Fitter's reps (estimator, scheduler, installer) were courteous and professional. We had a bathtub to shower conversion done for our guest bath. The house was a year old. The no pressure meeting to find out details, the scheduling, and the execution went well. The installation was done in a timely manner. Any requirements (e.g. a place (i.e. garage) to do the wall bending) was told to us in advance. The nearby toilet was covered/protected from debris and damage. We were able to see the progress of the work. The installer cleaned the area when he was done and provided information on the cleaning of the shower and working of the shower head. Of course, after the proscribed waiting period, we tried out the shower - there was a spot that needed caulking between the shower wall and the base. And instead of caulking it ourselves,I called Bath Fitters and by the next day, a rep came to caulk the area and then tested along the whole base to ensure there were no other leaks. The shower was what we wanted and we are pleased with it and Bath Fitter for providing such a quality product.

They worked professionally nonstop to finish our project in one day, they worked until late in the pm to finish the job since we only had one bath. Everyone showed up on time, from the estimator to the installers. They worked professionally nonstop to finish my small shower in a little over a day. The installers ran into a problem in this old house--a thick concrete wall which they had to bore through t get to the plumbing. This caused the installation to take much longer, but they worked diligently to get the job done as soon as possible. I wasn't charged more, either! I was also impressed by how clean and neat they left the area afterwards. I highly recommend Bath Fitter.
