Wow - are we happy we chose Bath Fitter of Charlotte. Nice product, great service, excellent value for the price.
We were perplexed what to do with the builder grade bath in our downsized home until we talked to Jerry Hall from the Bath Fitter franchise in Charlotte. It was wonderful to be able to make all the arrangements and decisions at our kitchen table within a few hours because Jerry had everything with him, samples, pictures, etc. One of us had seen the product at the Charlotte Home Show but a trip to was not necessary for the other decision maker after Jerry's presentation. We walked to the bathroom to show him our concerns about traffic flow and safety in the current configuration. Jerry overcame every design obstacle to remove a too small shower and an impractical garden tub to give us a shower where the tub once stood - twice the size of the old one! He really impressed us when he gave us a water proof surround solution for a large window in the shower so that we would not have to address it externally and go through the hassle (and added expense) of obtaining HOA approval to modify the exterior and find matching siding to partially close off the window. Everything went just as Jerry described. Phone calls for scheduling, timely arrival of installation team, and timely completion. The installation team of Bruce and Brandon were amazing. Our project was a little more involved but they still only needed 12 hours - from 8-4 first day and until noon the second day to complete the installation. They were very professional, skilled in what they do and extremely efficient and courteous.. We hardly had any disruption to our home or schedule and they cleaned it up completely so that the rest of the work for flooring, painting and electrical (by other contractors) could proceed immediately. Unfortunately, the other work was the typical experience we have had with other remodels and contractors - you are at the mercy of their schedule and it is sporadic service and waiting, waiting, waiting and living in the mess. But not so with Bath Fitter. We had access to our shower after a one day wait period to let things "set" and have enjoyed it ever since. We would definitely use them again. We think the price was worth the extraordinary convenience and beautiful product. We have done "traditional" bath remodels and this turned out as well for much less than we expected to pay.

Excellent Service - Two Thumbs Up!!!
My service and repair was completed by Samuel. He was excellent!!! He took the time to make sure everything was just perfect when fixing my shower head, and then also did a great job troubleshooting and found other ways to make sure that my new shower and tub would continue to be in excellent condition. Our Bathfitter tub/shower is about 5 years old. He also took the time to explain the proper products to use when cleaning our shower, and what NOT to use to make sure that it stays in its best condition. I am so grateful that Samuel went the extra mile and above and beyond to make sure that we are beyond satisfied!!! Thanks Bathfitter!!!! - Erica B.

Extremely satisfied customer.
On December 28, 2018 we had to have our bathroom redone by Bath Fitter. After 3 years the seal had began to come loose and water was caught between the liner and the original bath tub. The technician named Bruce showed up early (7:45 AM) and was an extremely hard working young man. He seldom slowed down would not take a break, even when we encouraged him to do so on many occasions. Bruce was polite and well knowledged in his craft. I would recommend Bath Fitter and Bruce to anyone looking for a new bathroom. I wish every contractor we have dealt with was as good as Bruce.

I am letting Bath Fitter bring a replacement liner. I was told there will be no refund on a liner that was hacked up. It was cut too short all around the top and caulked with an extra wide caulk line that was piled up in the corners. The corners that were rounded for a fit in the square corners. My tub was covered with black primer. But the liner didn't touch the tub except the bottom. There was an inch wide line of primer across the floor in front of the tub. The liner sat an inch out in front of the tub and ii floated in the air on the sides. I was only made aware of this because a crack came in the bottom of the liner and they removed it because of the crack. The poor fit was hidden by excess caulk. The liner has not been in a year. The precise measurements were made in less than 5 minutes. I didn't see any special tool, not even a tape measure. 2nd measurement took less time. Only tool was a metal notebook. Instead of listening to my concerns. I'm assured the liner was the right fit and it would be put in correctly according to the secretary. And how soon do I want it. I don't. I feel like I have no choice or lose the purchase price which is too much too just drop.
