Josh was on time, friendly, very professional and provided a beautiful new tub & shower! Would definitely recommend Josh & Bath Fitters anytime!

Bathfitter had installed my tub surround about 13yrs ago. The caulking had come away from the tub about 1 week ago. I was afraid that I would not receive the same wonderful, professional customer service now, that I had received 13yrs ago, thinking that so much time had gone by. I am happy to say that I was wrong. Today, Josh came to redo the caulking around the tub. He called that morning to arrange a time, but let me know that he may be a bit later depending on how his previous job was going. I found this very respectful of my time. (He was only about 20mins late.) When he got here, he was incredibly efficient, self sufficient and pleasant to deal with. When my 6yo asked if she could watch him, he had no concerns and answered all of her questions, while not missing a beat of what he was doing. His multitasking skills were amazing! And I think that the bathroom was a little cleaner when he left than when he got there. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking at revamping their bathroom! The customer service is amazing!
