We had our main bathroom tub redone about 10 years ago. This time our shower stall in the master bath. From the customer service to the sales rep to Ernesto, our installer another job that exceeded our expectations. We have had many repairmen and installers in our home, but never encountered an installer as polite, courteous, well groomed and quiet as Ernesto was. A big pat on the back for him. Bath fitters may be a bit pricey, but the finished installation is well worth the price. Wish I had another bathroom to do!

I shopped for prices,fond bath fitter to be fair . I called the sent a salesman, we talked .The next week they called to set the appointment. The teck came and told me what he was going to do. He tore out the tub,cut my water off for about an hour. He had put down a runner on the floor so he did not make a mess on the floor. He said he had to wait on inspector to check out the plumbing. He showed up the next morning, started to work,I checked on him several times to ask questions, he answered all of them. We went to see the finished job, We are very pleased with the job, And if I had not saw what he did I would not believe he could tear that much stuff out of the house and not some kind of foot print. Bath Fitter did an awesome job with my tub! I moved into an older house with everything updated except for one bathtub! It was beginning to yellow and really showed its age. Now, my tub looks brand new! It is white, spotless, and looks as up-to-date as the rest of my home! I would highly recommend using Bath Fitter if you want to give your bathroom a makeover.
