High Quality Service
Bath Fitters just finished converting my bath to a walk-in shower. Their Lombard location team was incredible, friendly, and professional. My installer did a superb job with every detail and I am so happy with my new shower. Donna was very patient and came through for me when I made a last minute request. I highly recommend them.

Finally we can say “Job Well Done”
Not in one day but with tenacity, patience and time excellence was achieved. It was through the professional efforts of Donna in the office and Fernando of the Lombard office that it is all good. Great work and thanks to both.

A Job Well Done with High Quality Results
Bath Fitter made my old dull shower and bath tub look like new by installing acrylic walls and a bath tub liner, new grab bars, new shower head, faucet and drain plug fixtures. They also partially replaced the shower area galvanized piping with copper and raised the shower head. The transformation is remarkable. Wall Krynski, the installer, did a great job working long hours until the job was completed. He cleaned up and removed all of the tile that was removed and replaced half of the drywall in the shower area. I'm very pleased with the work that he did and the Bath Fitter products and highly recommend them to anybody who wants the same type of work done.

Mostly Satisfied
I would like to mention 2 minor snags in my bathtub installation: First, when Josh, the salesman was here, we agreed that no new curtain bar was needed. The existing bar would be re-used. Joe, the installer called me in when he was ready to remove the bar, and said he assumed I didn't want it, and he was going to remove it "and break it. " I said, "No! The salesman assured me that it could and would be re-used, if I preferred, and I do!." After I repeated that he should NOT break it, and SHOULD use it again, Joe agreed to do that. I think, in future, you might want to make sure the installer knows what salesman and customer agreed on. (Why Joe wanted to break the bar, I have no clue, even if he did remove it.) Also, you might remind Joe that if he unplugs an appliance to use an outlet, he should remember to plug the appliance in again when he's done. He unplugged my electric mower. It was OK, though, because I didn't need it that day.
