We hired bathfitters to remodel my mothers bathtub to a shower. I cannot put into words how satisfied we all were. The shower looks spectacular. The experience from beginning to end was honest polite professional. The salesman was helpful and not pushy. Offering thoughtful suggestions. The renovator was quiet efficient and clean. Two days they transformed my mother’s bathtub into a wonderful walk in shower. They included the bars giving my mother more independence. I really recommend this company. Their product is fabulous. It’s a great way to renovate without high costs and without delay.

Four years ago we had our tub removed and a walk in shower installed. The finished result looked great. The new roomy shower is very nice to use. I have waited to write a review because it's the long term quality of a product that matters. Our shower still looks like new, cleans well, and has had no problems.

Bathfitter came to my home and the representative gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision about the process and how to pay for the service. The shower walls were quite damaged and the technician was able to resolve all those issues prior to installing our new bath and surround. The job was completed in the time expected and all of the staff we have encountered have been friendly and very helpful. Our second bathroom will also get a Bathfitter upgrade in the future, very happy with the product and the service.

We are very pleased with the shower and all the hardware that we chose. The salesman was thorough and the installer was pleasant and on schedule. Unfortunately my son cut his toe on the door track when stepping out.
