After one year, the tub liner has come unglued on the bottom and it's so squish to stand on, that I almost fall
I used bath fitter to redo my bedroom master bath because I had just redone another bathroom and didn't want to have to go through all the construction mess again. If I had it to do over, I'd have a real tub and tile installed. After a year of use, the tub liner has become detached on the bottom, so when I stand up to shower, it moves so much that I feel like I'll fall. Also, the square grooves in the bottom of the tub that are there to keep you from slipping, collect dirt, which makes it hard to clean. If you don't use self tanner, you probably won't have that happen. I do, and it's stained the bottom in the grooves making it next to impossible to remove since you can't used a brush on the tub. The installer and sales guy were all great to work with, but I'm not happy about what's happened to the bottom of the tub. I'd NEVER let an older person stand in my shower.

Bath Fitter of Pensacola did a tub to shower conversion (40”x60”) in our master bath and replaced the tub and surround in our guest bath (standard size tub). Both bathrooms had “the acrylic ceilings installed. The installers were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I had an issue with low water pressure from the shower and they returned early the next day (Saturday) and resolved it. I highly recommend Bath Fitter. The finished product is beautiful, easy to clean, and the cost is equivalent to other options I researched, but no grout lines to scrub! The materials are warrantied for as long as I own the home! That’s peace of mind.
