It appears that Doug and Jason certainly know their job, did great work, cleaned up well after, taught us the mechanics of the new shower, were very friendly in a professional mode. Made sure we were satisfied with our new shower and gave us written information about the new shower.

They did a great job. In and out within 6 hours. Well done and no mess. Cleaned up afterwards. Shower stall handle a little too low but it's OK. Love the new shower. Re-did bathroom to match...it turned out great. Shower stall a definite addition to our house. Professional crew and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Never thought I'd be able to change from tub to shower so easily and wish I'd done this before now!! Climbing over a tub with no grab bars is dangerous at my age and Bath Fitters put 2 grab bars in, a non-slippery floor and easily moving glass doors in my new shower. Plus I got a great seat to use as I age even more and a hand held sprayer. More people should look into Bath Fitters. The installers, Tim and helper Ben, were so easy to work with and cleaned up after themselves. It was one of the best installation jobs I've ever been through! Don't hesitate to use them.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with our new shower. A little skeptical with the sales pitch,but the representative was very courteous and patient,he actually came back twice due to our wanting to check other possibilities- that was the 1st mistake I made.You will not find a better deal unless you are going to do it yourself. I was also skeptical of the 1-day total installation. The installer worked steady for 12+ hours and a local plumber showed up as scheduled (Bath Fitter took care of all details ahead of time). Very polite and one hard worker. He likes to be left alone and did not need or ask for anything-(he ate lunch while working) We had an old bathtub and shower combo the replacement was shower only. They take all demo material with them except for my old glass doors which is the only thing that I had to deal with. I would highly recommend Bathfitter to anyone replacing or new installation- save yourself from trying to find a better deal- local contractors would have been lots more$$. I am pleased with my new shower! I only regret that I can't have the faucet I would like without extra cost and construction. I may decide to have a hole in by the flush and have a different faucet. Then it will be excellent.
