Efficient, friendly and professional.
On Feb 15 we had Bath Fitters, Nick P., come to install two safety grab bars in our tub. We actually had the tub liner and wall inserts done in 2012. Nick was a pleasure to deal with. He called ahead to verify when he would be arriving. He helped in determining the best location for them, installed the grab bars and did a quick repair to the soap dish by recaulking around it to secure it and put a new bead around where the tub/wall meet adding to the overall nice clean appearance or our tub and insert. Lastly, he corrected some slippage in the control handle of our faucet. Other then the safety bars, everything else was covered under their lifetime warranty. Bath Fitters backs their product and we are very satisfied with the original install and the service after the sale. Thanks Nick for the excellent service call.

Thank you Bath Fitter
On Thursday and Friday, November 8 & 9, we had a complete walk-in shower unit installed in one of our condo's bathrooms. Getting work like this done in a condo is much more cumbersome than in the case of a private residence. There's a Board of Directors, a Management Office and a Super to deal with at every turn. Bath Fitter's people were magnificent and "enabling". We started with Mr. Jing Yee, Sales Representative, who was clear and complete in his exposition of our options, cost and procedures. The installer, Mr. Brian Wilson, is impressively competent, good humoured and patient. The office staff were informative and friendly, and well informed. The unit is beautiful. It just gleams. We are thoroughly pleased

The experience was excellent. On-time arrival for an estimate. Clear explanation of costs, where additional charges would be incurred. Quick turnaround of estimate, follow up on appointment for construction, arrived on time to do the work and completed the work as estimated in both time and cost. Very clean workmanship. Installation fully explained. Polite installers. And the install looks and works great. If you want/need this type of installation, I would say that this is a company you can have confidence in.

Good product
I recently had my bathtub and shower done by Bath Fitter. The outcome looks amazing, definitely an improvement. My only 2 suggestions would be for the shower, one to design a drain that catches hair or can easily be removed to periodically clear out hair. And second to make the shower floor sturdier as it feels 'squishy' when stepping on it. Also water tends to pool in those slumped areas. I would definitely recommend having Bath Fitter for a bathtub installation. As for a shower it depends if you can live with a 'squishy' floor. From the administrative side, although there was a financing plan, there was automatic billing for the first installation in full. The followup was poor but it did eventually get resolved. I gave a 3-star because I'm mostly happy with the installation of my bathtub but because I use my shower daily this has the largest impact of my experience. And although Bath Fitter may be more affordable compared to a renovation, it's still no chum change and having to clear up their improper billing was no easy task.

High quality service, professional and polite.
Work done very well and fast. Within a day it was done. Worker worked without a lunch break, only a short 15 min break and worked later to complete the work in a day. This is excellent as the bath fitting was estimated for two days. With the one day completion, we could use our bath in 24 hours instead of 48 hours. Very much appreciated. One recommendation : the worker should have checked the supervisors notes of height Of shower head and curtain rod. Because it was put too high, he had to come again to fix the situation. But it didnt cause us any hardship at all and it got done nicely and to our desire.
